CONSIGNMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Consignment Terms and Conditions govern watches accepted for consignment by Venzura Living. Submission of a Consignment Application is a request for evaluation only and does not create a consignment relationship. If the watch is accepted, the owner must review and accept these terms before the watch is listed.
Consignment Application and Acceptance
The owner must submit a Consignment Application for each watch. Venzura Living reserves the right to accept or decline any watch at its sole discretion based on brand, condition, and market demand.
Ownership and Authenticity
By placing a watch on consignment, the Seller represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the watch and that the item is authentic and free of any liens or encumbrances.
Possession and Shipping to Venzura Living
Upon acceptance of the application, the Seller must ship the watch to Venzura Living for inspection and listing. Venzura Living provides a secure, insured shipping label for this process.
Inspection
All consigned watches undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection to verify authenticity, mechanical state, and cosmetic condition before the listing is finalized.
Listing and Pricing
Venzura Living will collaborate with the Seller to establish a competitive market price. We handle all photography, copywriting, and marketing for the consigned item.
Consignment Commission
Venzura Living’s commission is calculated based on the final sale price of the watch: 15% for watches sold under $500; 13% for watches sold from $500 to $1,499; and 10% for watches sold for $1,500 or more. The applicable commission will be deducted from the final sale proceeds before payment is issued to the Seller. Any additional charges must be disclosed in writing and accepted by the Seller before the watch is listed.
Shipping to the Buyer
Upon sale, Venzura Living coordinates secure, insured overnight shipping to the buyer. The Seller is notified immediately once a transaction is processed.
Buyer Return Policy
Consigned watches sold through Venzura Living are subject to our standard Return Policy unless otherwise specified in the listing agreement.
Returned Watches
If a buyer returns a watch, the item will be re-inspected and returned to active consignment status unless the Seller requests its return.
Seller Payout
Payouts are issued to the Seller after the buyer return period has expired. Funds are typically transferred via bank wire or ACH.
Cancellations
A Seller may cancel a consignment at any time before a sale is finalized. A fee may apply to cover inspection and return shipping costs.
Limitation and Acceptance
Venzura Living assumes no liability for mechanical failure inherent to vintage watches but takes full responsibility for the security of the items while in our possession.
