The Owner Keeps the Watch

The Seller receives the final payout after the buyer’s return period has ended and the sale is confirmed as final.
Personalized Consignment Proposal
Every accepted watch receives a personalized written proposal outlining the recommended listing price, applicable commission, shipping requirements, and seller payout terms. Your watch will not be listed until you review and approve the complete proposal and Watch Consignment Agreement.
Registry & Eligibility
Watches must be original, authentic, and functional. No replicas or counterfeit watches.
The owner maintains possession and ownership of the watch until it sells.
Venzura Living reserves the right to decline any watch for any reason.
Submitting a watch for consignment review does not guarantee acceptance, listing, sale, or payment.
Marketplace Terms
- Venzura Living handles all marketing, listing, buyer inquiries, and payment collection.Listing your timepiece carries no initial expense. Our service fee is only applied upon a successful transaction.Standard inspection, insurance, and payment processing fees apply as disclosed.Transparent costs are only subtracted when pre-authorized and clearly stated prior to activation.
Post-Sale Flow
When a watch sells, the owner must ship the watch to Venzura Living for final inspection before shipment to the buyer.
If the buyer returns the watch, the seller is notified immediately.
If the returned watch does not match shipping condition, Venzura Living will investigate before any relisting decision.
Refund Protection
Payout is processed within 7 business days after the 15-calendar-day return period ends and the sale is final.
No payout is issued while a return, refund, dispute, or chargeback is pending.
Seller payout information will be collected only after the sale becomes eligible for payment.
The final payout amount and any applicable deductions will be communicated to the seller before payment.

Common Questions
When is a sale considered final?
A sale is considered final only after the watch has been delivered to the buyer, the applicable return period has ended, and there are no pending refund requests, disputes, or payment reversals.
What happens if the buyer returns the watch?
If the buyer returns the watch during the applicable return period, the sale is not considered complete and no seller payout is issued. Venzura Living will receive and review the returned watch. The watch may be returned to the owner, relisted with the owner’s approval, or handled according to the applicable consignment agreement.
How and when do I receive payment?
Payment is not released immediately after the watch is delivered. Venzura Living waits until the buyer’s applicable return period has ended and there are no pending refunds, disputes, or chargebacks. Once the sale is fully completed, the seller payout is calculated and processed within 7 business days.
What happens when the watch sells?
When a buyer purchases your watch, Venzura Living provides shipping instructions. You send the watch to Venzura Living for inspection and verification. If the watch matches the submitted information and condition, Venzura Living ships it to the buyer. Seller payment is held until the buyer’s return period has ended and the sale is final.
Wix Payments processes the buyer’s payment and deposits the funds into Venzura Living’s business account. Venzura Living manually pays the consignor only after the sale is final. Wix does not automatically split or pay the consignor.
